Mary is an international, business savvy, executive coach with a well-rounded career across multiple functions and industries.  After graduating early with a dual major of Economics and Finance from James Madison University, Mary began her career in the Real Estate Industry in Charleston, South Carolina. Given her strong results and business influence, Mary quickly assumed roles with greater leadership responsibility across the business, including sales training, talent acquisition, and sales leadership before she decided to pursue her MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler. In addition to being among the top students in her MBA class, Mary was among the select few chosen to study abroad at HEC Business School in Paris.

Mary went on to work for multiple Fortune 100 companies, including American Express and Eli Lilly & Company where she led teams in Finance and Managed Healthcare Services. Her ability to connect with all types of people, while improving individual and team results set her apart from her peers.

Mary took a break from the corporate world after her husband was relocated to Germany and she had her first child. For the next several years they moved to several more countries and had three more children. While living across four continents, Mary’s passion for coaching expanded. She is constantly sought out for her empathetic listening, world experiences and wisdom. Mary is known as a heartfelt leader who genuinely loves to help people learn more about themselves in order to thrive in work and life.

Mary is comfortable telling people what is sometimes hard to hear, but also necessary to realize, for individuals and teams to unlock their full potential. You can count on Mary to challenge conventional thinking, share a unique perspective, and ask the right questions to help others see the essence and quickly get on the path to achieve improved results.

Mary’s leadership experience in various industries across multiple functions such as sales, finance, operations and general management, gives her an edge when working with clients as she can understand their business and knows how to get results. She is also known as a coach that will provide simple, actionable steps to her clients in order for them to see big changes.

When Mary isn’t working or spending time with her four children, she loves to play tennis with her husband and travel. She has lived, worked and traveled throughout 40 countries, and is always eager to exchange insider travel tips for her next adventure.
