Dane DeLozier is a seasoned executive and the lead Strategy Consultant at The Strategy Forums. Having held progressive leadership positions in technology and manufacturing companies as employee and an owner, he has developed a process for growth through deliberate asset development. It has resulted in sustainable growth in enterprise value and been successfully demonstrated in starting three companies, acquiring three, and selling four. As a track record, Dane has generated substantial returns in revenue and enterprise value in every venture, averaging 50% improvement in revenue and most recently more than tripling the enterprise value for Piezo Technologies in 4 years.
Analyzing core company assets – Intellectual Property, People, and Inherent Capabilities – and addressing unmet market need is a specialty and focus for him.
Dane attended Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania where he earned his B.S in Business Administration. He also was an Academic All-American in the sport of wrestling. During and following college Finance was always a passion for him. It is at the heart of what drew him to entrepreneurship. Dane is happily married and resides in Indiana with four sons, two dogs, and a recently added stray cat (who joined the journey somewhere in Kansas during an RV adventure.) In his own words, “family and community are what it is all about. And, while I will always bring an investor mindset; family, friends, and helping people realize their potential will always deeply rooted in the process.”
